Throughout the process Mrs. Roberts remained extremely professional. She was first able to put her own money into marketing my property, getting as many views and open houses as possible. Once a few offers fell through she continued to further exhibit her expertise by explaining to me what was next in the process. Lastly, once the final offer came and we were getting ready to close out the deal she remained in constant communication with the lender, the buyers agent, and title company to alleviate any pressures that would have fell upon me. She is a wonderful agent, that has become an amazing friend in the process. 5 star service across the board.

Niaisha was absolutely amazing!! She was very patient & understanding of my timeline to purchase a home. Even though I wasn’t quite ready, she still encouraged me to look around & even showed me homes before I was officially in the home buying process. She was very insightful and genuine. She paid attention to details and made sure I was knowledgeable throughout each stage. I randomly sped up my timeline and she adapted effortlessly. She was extremely professional, she always acted very timely, she was open to a communication at any time & she made sure I was getting not only what I needed, but what I wanted. She is very trustworthy and she made the process as seamless as one could be. She is an agent who is as caring as a close friend. Niaisha Roberts is the best! She goes to bat for you and (I'm guessing) loses sleep over getting a deal done as if if were her own house for sale. She communicated with us throughout the process, educated us as needed, and really just made the process as easy as possible. There was never a doubt in our minds how dedicated she was to helping us achieve our real estate goals. We would definitely work with her again!

I am a first time home buyer. I entered this process clueless and terrifies. From day one, Niaisha held my hand. She answered all of my questions. Her responses to my texts were always prompt. In the midst of my process, there were several challenges from the seller; she handled them like a champ. She fought for me and made sure I received all that was agreed upon.
